Before considering adopting a dog please ensure you can honestly answer YES to the following -
- Can I commit to taking care and full responsibility of a pet for the next 10 – 12 years or for as long as they need?
- Can I commit to walking my dog every day?
- Can I commit to providing regular good quality food and water?
- Can I commit to providing a clean, safe environment?
- Will I treat my dog as part of the family without confinement or solitude – Dogs should not be left on their own for longer than 4 hours
- Can I commit to taking my dog to the Veterinarian on a regular basis?
- Will I make sure that my dog is always groomed, nails trimmed & teeth maintained?
- Will I ensure my dog is trained so he never becomes a danger to other animals or people?
- Am I willing to always clean up after my dog when I walk him?

| Danny Breed: Dalmatian Sex: Male Age: 10 months Profile: Danny is a very friendly fella and is great with other dogs. He is good on the lead and will sit on command. We would like to re home him to someone that is at home most of the day and who is willing to bring him for long walks every day. Danny will need to be an indoor dog and will not be rehomed to a family with children under five. Someone with experience with this breed would be preferred. I’m sure we will get lots of offers because of Danny’s breed but please understand that like all our dogs he will be careful placed in a home that we see fit, where all his needs will be met. | Ally Breed: White German Shepherd Sex: Female Age: 17 months Profile: Meet Ally who is a lovely friendly girl. She came to us as a stray and was later surrendered to us. She is a gentle giant and is still looking for her forever home. She is looking for a home where someone will be at home most of the day and that can give her all the attention she needs. | Dewey Breed: German Shepherd X Collie Sex: Male Age: 3 months Profile: Dewey is extremely clever, playful, and a very good puppy. He was found dumped a few days before Christmas and has come to stay with us for the holidays. He can sit/stay, housebroken, crate-trained, and as you can see, absolutely fine with cats (and other dogs)! Loves to explore. Will grow to be "medium/ large" in size. Would suit any active household and would be great with kids and any other kinds of pets. If you're looking for an entertaining, loving addition the household, consider giving little Dewey his forever home. Dewey is vaccinated, defleaing/deworming and will need to be neutered when 8 months old. |  Dewey |

| Jane Breed: Collie X Sex: Female Age: 7 months Profile: She came to us as a stray three weeks ago but was never reclaimed. Jane is a very friendly girl who loves cuddles and enjoys nothing more than playing with her toys. She is great with other dogs and is good with children. | Pixie Lott Breed: Border Collie Sex: Female Age: 2 Years Old Profile: Pixie is a lovely dog. She hasn’t had the easiest of starts but since coming to the shelter she has improved greatly. She is an active dog so would suit an active home. She is good with other dogs but does tend to bully smaller dogs so a home with a dog(s) her own size would be best. She is good with children and shows no interest in cats. Pixie will need some follow up training when she is rehomed. She is full of love and would make a great family dog. | Bullseye & Jasmine Breed: Bull X Breeds Sex:Mael & Female Age: 5 Years Profile: The stunning Bullseye & Yasmine are two 5 year old Bull breeds that are looking for their forever homes. Yasmine was rehomed from the shelter about 3 years ago and Bullseye was rehomed to the same family a year ago, due to a sudden change in the family they had to return due to no fault of their own. They are great dogs and are used to being inside. They are very friendly with people but hate cats. We would prefer to rehome them together but know the chances are very slim so we will rehome separate to the right homes. Alaska has been with us for quite awhile and is suffering a little bit of kennel stress. He is full of energy and love.
