Hey guys, here’s a little something about Beth’s happy ending

I knew she was for me the minute I saw her. ‘Ms Purdy’ as she was named then was a tiny kitten in an isolation area in the foundation on
account of her eye infection that she had upon arrival. Only a few weeks old, she was found abandoned in a field. I took her home in early December and her eyes had cleared up by Christmas. Re-named, Beth now rules
the house and spends everyday exploring the garden or sleeping on the couch with her best friend,Lottie the Shih Tzu.

Thanks for everything and see you soon, Leah Clooney-Gainey

Daisy has been with us for just about 5 months now. She is such a gorgeous lil thing. She has come out of her shell and plays all the time with our other dog Bó. She is no longer as nervous as she was, she will now approach people instead of hiding and running away. Her personality is beginning to shine through. She loves her sleep, the park, the water and her pets. She just wants to be near you always. She is so good on the lead and in the house, so placid! Which is great as it complments our other less placid slightly crazy hyper dog Bó The two girls are great company for each other and love chasing one another around the garden and sleeping by our feet.

Thank you so much for giving us the chance to adopt Daisy.

We will take good care of her and mind her always

Alicia, Colin, Bó and Daisy x x

Last year my little girl came to live with me, she got a new name Bell (called Jasmine by Kildare Animal Foundation). Bell is clever and has her own opinion on when/where to walk and that food left on the counter to cool down, is meaned for her, This is one that I have to remind myself of. Bell goes allmost everywhere I go. She loves taking walks in the forest especially when it´s time to pick mushroms (if she find´s one she´ll get a treat in return) and berrys. When I go to the nursing home to visit an elderly relative she acts like a pro and lets everybody living there and staff pet her (Albert the golden is besides me but they are more eager with Bell), I always say that she might not want attention but she always does. She is a little huntress to be honest if there are cats (outside never her “one”), rabbits or even elks, why not run and scream at them. Honestly there are no words in the entire world that can describe what she means to
me.

All tough I don´t know how/why she came to you in the first place, it´s there loss and my biggest win.

I´d like to thank Mr. Donoher for his nice letter conserning Bell.

“Jiggins” (renamed from Toby) came to us from the Foundation on 25th January 2011 and has brought nothing but happiness and joy to our family. He is just the sweetest dog and we’re all just mad about him. We truly couldn’t have asked for anything more when it comes to this great little fella.

Jiggins is extremely kind and gentle with the kids, even taking dog biscuits carefully from my 20 month old daughter’s hand. My daughter, by the way now pretends she’s a dog, crawling after Jiggins and bringing him his toys and now tries to eat her own dinner face first with no hands….it’s a real hoot!.

He adores his nightly cuddle time sitting (and snoring) between my husband and I while getting hours of tummy rubs before bed. I think his favourite time of the day is bedtime, where I read stories to “all” of my babies. He cuddles in with the kids and has a look of pure bliss about him with all of the attention.

With a bit of TLC and patience he’s getting really good on his lead and has picked up “sit” and “shake” with ease! He’s so affectionate and loving and he’s so happy and eager to please. It’s been a real privilege watching this fella warm up, gain confidence and start wagging his tail!

A sincere thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the Kildare Animal Foundation for taking in and caring for our Jiggins and an extra special thank you to Ute from Ace Pet Services for making his ‘welcome home’ so easy and stress free for the little guy!

He has truly made our happy house a happy home!

Kindest regards,
Ross, Dona, Jack and Lily-Clare Mills
