Although Kildare Animal Foundation takes reasonable steps to provide appropriate equipment and experienced personnel so I can enjoy activities for which I may not be skilled, I understand that no activity is without risk. Certain risks cannot be eliminated without destroying the unique character of these activities. The same elements that contribute to the unique charter of these activities can be loss or damages to my equipment, or accidental injury, illness, or in extreme cases, permanent trauma or death.
I understand that these risks include, but are not limited to; wild animal bites, and injuries, infections and parasitic diseases, trips, falls, falling objects, tool injuries, toxic chemical exposures or motor vehicle mishaps.
I understand the description of these risks is not complete and that other unknown or unanticipated risks may occur. I agree to assume responsibility for the risks identified here in and those risks not specifically identified. My participation in these activities is purely voluntary, no one is forcing me to participate, and I elect to participate despite these risks.
I certify that I am fully capable of participating in the activities for which I am volunteering. Therefore, I hereby fully and irrevocably waive any claim against Kildare Animal Foundation, and assume full responsibility for myself, including my minor children or other dependants, for bodily injury, death and loss of personal property and expenses thereof as a result of those inherent risks and dangers, and of my negligence in participating in this activity.
